Clarifying Charity Affiliations:
You may have seen those television commercials with sad dogs and cats in kennels with heart-wrenching music in the background showcasing the work the national charities do to help those animals. National charities such as the ASPCA or the Humane Society of the United States are just a few of the charities you have probably seen. Now many might assume we are affiliated with these organizations and that making a donation to the ASPCA or HSUS will go directly to their local animals in need… but they don’t.

San Gabriel Valley Humane Society and Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. do not receive any funding from these national charities, nor is our organization affiliated with the ASPCA or HSUS. The only way to help the local lost, abandoned, neglected, and abused animals in this community is by making a donation directly to us.
Any donation you make to our organization will directly help the animals we care for at both of our campuses. You will be providing pets in need with the food and care they need to survive. You will also be helping a pet find their new loving home.
