Looking for something fun to do with your dog?

If you want a day of exercise and socialization (for both the pup and you!), then you might find that the Run-A-Mutt Dog Walk is just what you need! In fact, even if you aren’t thinking of expanding your dog’s social skills, maybe it’s time you did. Your dog, like all dogs, is a pack animal with a basic need for lots of socialization, and you probably need all the help you can get in coming up with ways to provide your pooch with adequate outlets for it.

So come join us, bring your best friends and family and join the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society and the Temple City Parks and Recreation Department for the Run-A-Mutt Dog Walk and Festival.

Saturday, September 20th 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

It will feature a 1 mile and a 3 mile dog walk through Temple City Town Center beginning at 11:00 a.m., a contest for dogs and lots of vendors and exhibits including pet adoptions courtesy of various non-profit groups. Dog lovers won’t want to miss it!

Registration for the dog walk begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Temple City Park on Las Tunas Ave. All paid participants in the walk will receive a free t-shirt for the owner and a free bandana for the dogs to mark the event.

Various Contests will be held throughout day for great prizes.
Vendors and exhibits will be set up from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
