Special Fundraising for Angus
Angus came to us with ears that were so infected from ear mites that they were “cauliflowered”. It was so sad and painful for him. We cleaned them up and did a minor surgical procedure, but unfortunately he still has problems with infections due to all of the remaining scar tissue. We would like to make sure he is problem free permanently. To relieve Angus’ pain and infections, we are planning a laser surgery procedure to remove most of the ear, leaving behind small ear flaps. The cost of this procedure, $2,000.00, is more than the shelter can afford and we are requesting your help! Please consider donating toward this special cause! - Cat Food - Purina or Friskies Dry Food and Friskies or Fancy Feast Wet Food - Dog Food - Purina, Beneful, Pedigree Dry or Wet Food
- Kitten Food - Purina Kitten Dry Food and Fancy Feast Kitten Wet Food
- KMR Kitten Formula
- Cat/Dog Toys - Cat/Dog Treats - Kitty Condos/Climbers - Dog and Cat Shampoo - Leashes (We are always desperate for leashes!) - Collars
- Litter (We use 900 pounds of litter each week!) - Newspaper, Plastic Bottles, Glass and Cans (We recycle!) - Pet Carriers - especially small and medium carriers for Cats and Kittens (for use in emergency evacuations)
- Dog Crates (small and medium size for use in emergency evacuations)
- Wire fur brushes for dogs and cats (new)
- Small Blankets (especially fleece) - Polar Fleece fabric (we can cut and sew mini blankets right at the shelter!)
- Towels (in good condition) - Bleach - Laundry Detergent
- Peanut Butter - Washer or Gas Dryer (gently used!)
- Stainless Steel Groomers sink
***PLEASE: No pillows, sheets, quilts, mattress pads or covers, crocheted blankets, heavy blankets, wool blankets or anything with 'stuffing'.
